1. Introduction
Welcome to Kemmex Store. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.
2. Delivery & Shipping
We offer the following delivery options:
- Within Abeokuta (Ogun State): Flat rate of ₦1,000. Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days.
- Outside Ogun State: Flat rate of ₦3,000. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days via interstate logistics.
- Store Pickup (Free): You can pick up your order freely at our physical locations.
Pickup Addresses:
- No 6, Opelifa Street, Iyana Adigbe, Obada, Abeokuta.
- No 33, Sholoade Street, Near Bale's House, Ijeun Titun, Abeokuta.
3. Returns & Refunds
Thrift Items (Okrika): Due to the nature of thrift fashion, ALL SALES ARE FINAL for thrift categories. We ensure all items are carefully inspected and described before listing.
New Items (Baby/Maternity): Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery ONLY if:
- The item is damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item is returned unused with original tags.
Delivery fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
4. Payment Policy
We currently operate a Pay-Before-Delivery policy via Bank Transfer. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 24 hours.
